Please see below my one tip for Tuesday:
Novis Adventus – 2.35 Plumpton – 2m 4F Handicap Hurdle – 16/1 Paddy Power Betfair Sportsbook – 4 places, (Bet365 25/1) – 1 Point Each Way.
The 9 year old Novis Adventus was decent on the flat postmarking a high of 100.
He won two flat races over middle distances before embarking over hurdles where he has won three times over 2 miles to 2m 4F and postmarked a high of 136.
Novis Adventus won impressively off a mark of 119 and was given a 15lb hike. This was back in 2018 and unfortunately soon after had two big stints of injury meaning almost three years off the track.
Neil Mulholland has slowly nursed Novis back to health this year with 4 runs on the flat where he started to show some form.
He had his return to hurdling recently and with that run under his belt Mulholland has reapplied cheekpieces for the first time since his injury. This is significant as Novis bolted up when cheekpieces were first applied by Mulholland.
With Sam Twiston Davis looking a very positive jockey booking I’m prepared to back Novis Adventus 1 point each way at 16/1 with Paddy Power, Betfair Sportsbook who offer 4 places. You can still get 25/1 with Bet365.
